Legal Experience:

1971 to 1978 - Private practice handling business litigation and personal injury.

1978 - Joined a major law firm as a trial attorney representing the insurance companies as a defense attorney. The practice at this 125 person firm includes malpractice, personal injury and business litigation. I was a senior trial attorney handling numerous civil trials.

1983 - I began my own practice handling personal injury and
business litigation cases.

I am a second-generation attorney:

My father practiced law in downtown Los Angeles for 50 years.
My cousin was a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles.
My other cousin was in private practice as an attorney. He formerly was a Deputy Attorney General with the State of California.
My brother is a partner in an insurance defense firm in Los Angeles.
